This 30 minute IT training session covers the basic functions and tools of Zoom:

  • Logging into zoom

  • Adding participants to a zoom call

  • Sharing screens and links

  • Changing the background

  • Accepting a breakout room

From 2.30pm, at the end of the training, there will be an optional Q&A with the IT team so that delegates can ask any questions about the session and secure their basic knowledge of the programme.

Anyone unable to attend the Autumn Term date can booked to attend the same event in the Spring Term.

TARGET AUDIENCE Any staff member who needs to use Zoom or would like to learn the basics for their own development. Anyone who is new to Zoom or is unfamiliar to the basic joining functions of a Zoom Meeting is encouraged to attend.

TIME: 14:00 -14:30 – Training then 14:30-15:00 – Optional Q&A
