Event description

Led by Siobhan Chester, Senior Governance Advisor at REAch2, this afternoon session familiarises delegates with the updated REAch2 Complaints Policy and ensures that participants know:

  • Processes and procedures for handling complaints at all stages (including Governor Panels)

  • The templates and resources available to support schools

  • Top tips that accelerate successful resolutions

  • The pitfalls to avoid

The session will draw on real anonymised case studies that illustrate the most common types of complaint, and will be discussion led. The focus is very much practical and resolution based.
