What if we were able to stay calm and balanced, even in the midst of daily challenges?
What if we could let go of work at the end of the day, week and year?
How would life be different if we could look after our own mental, physical and emotional resources so we avoid burn out?

Written by Maggie Farrer and Cathie Paine, The REAch2 ‘To Be and To Lead’ programme aims to introduce colleagues to mindfulness, with the intention of making the changes above. Now in its fourth cohort, the programme’ has shown close to 100 of the REAch2 family that we can achieve all of this and more through the practice of mindfulness.  It is a fusion of modern neuroscience and psychology with ancient wisdom contemplative traditions, particularly Buddhism.

On this programme you will be introduced to the teachings and practices that will develop your habits of mind, and
ways of working that cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and compassion.

Starting and ending with a face-to-face day to underpin and embed practices, the remaining sessions will be online
with inter sessional supporting resources to encourage and deepen practice.

TARGET AUDIENCE: This programme is open to all REAch2 staff who are new to mindfulness. Book early and by end of September to secure your place and to receive the full event details.

DATES and TIMES to be confirmed, but the programme will start in October and finish in March 2023.

VENUE: Starting and ending with a face to face venue TBC, the remaining sessions will be on Zoom.
