These workshops aim to be practical workshops, where School Business Managers and school-based Finance Managers/Assistants can access further support & guidance from the Finance Business Partners and un-interupted time to get the job/processes completed most efficiently.
- Sessions will be held online with up to four sessions per month being available to book via Reach Teach.
- Each session will have a maximum capacity of 15 delegates to ensure that tailored support can be provided.

Code: REA-1645 New ECT Induction Leads and Mentors Support Session
This important drop in session is for those who will be new to carrying out the role of Induction Lead or ECT Mentor for a new ECT from September 2022.
During this drop in Induction Leads and Mentors will:
- understand their role and responsibilities
- have clarification about the role of REAch2 as a delivery partner
- be introduced to the EDT online portal
- be reminded about important dates for training and programme participation
- have the opportunity to ask questions about their role and the programme
We encourage all new ECT Induction Leads and Mentors to attend this session to ensure that they are fully prepared to commence their role from September. New Induction Leads and Mentors who are expecting ECTs from January 2023 are also invited to attend.

Delivered and designed by Siobhan Chester, this session aims to support schools in recruiting effectively to their LGB, to strengthen leadership.
The session will cover:
- how to identify skills gaps in the Local Governing Body
- how to use different methods for advertising your vacancy (e.g. different types of social media)
- exploring ideas about how to attract candidates though the way messages are communicated
- sharing resources available for recruitment
- how to run parent elections
- how to bring a new governor on board – processes, paperwork and necessary checks

This important welcome session is for ECTs who will be starting their Early Careers Induction Progamme with lead provider Education Development Trust (EDT) and REAch2 as the delivery partner.
During this online event delegates will:
- understand the role of REAch2 and EDT and what support is provided
- know what to expect from september
- receive key dates for training and the induction programme
- be prepared for the start of the induction in September
- be introduced to the EDT online portal
- have the opportunity to ask any questions

Code: REA-1644 REAch2 Facilitators Training
This training session is intended for all those from schools who support REAch2 with the facilitation and delivery of trust led programmes such as the Early Careers Induction training for ECTs and Mentors, the National Professional Qualificatiosn and ITT training.
During this face to face event, delegates will receive best practice guidance and training to ensure consistency and high quality facilitation of all our programmes. This will also be a fantastic opportunity for networking with other facilitators and for developing your facilitation skills as part of your continued professional development.
The session will take place at Woburn House, London with Margaret Clarke, Gary Bennell and Andrea Wright.
Lunch will be provided so please ensure you notify cpd@reach2.org with any dietary requirement.
